If you do not know your password, please contact your NovaSubscriber Super User Administrator to have it reset. Alternatively, you can contact your company representative who typically works with NeoNova and ask them to contact us to have your password reset.
You must log in with a username that exists in NovaSubscriber, and it must have been enabled for NovaSubscriber access. Despite the address that you receive email to, you need to log in with firstname.lastname@example.org where user is your username, and domain is the name of the domain you wish to manage.
If you do not yet have a username enabled, please notify customer service, or submit a NovaSupport eTicket Portal ticket to have one enabled. We will need to know the username and the domain name. Customer service can be reached at 919.460.3330
The NovaSubscriber permissions system is hierarchical in structure.
Super Users can view, add, or change any level of user, including other Super Users.
Admin Users can view, add, or change any user below an Admin User. An Admin User can not see or change their own account or other Admin User accounts, including Super User accounts. Changes to an Admin User account can only be made by a Super User.
Admin Users Minus Purge can do everything an Admin User can do except purge accounts.
Read-Only-Pass-Reset Users may view and reset passwords for any user below Read-Only-Pass-Reset.
Read-Only Users may view any user below the read-only level.
